Good t...Glad you are enjoying semi-retirement Jan. Good to hear. My own experience wasn't so good, as was made redundant after 13 years back at the bank & I just wasn't ready for that. I'm a proper OAP now & am Living with that OK, but still feel pangs of guilt over not working till I was at least 60, although by then the pension age had been raised to 65 & I just couldn't find any full/part time work in that period due to a downturn here in Oz.. That's life I suppose.<br />Enjoy what you are doing now, as I'm sure others are now benefiting from it. Well, I know you're still teaching privately, but that's not the same as having all the stresses from school based teaching. I put a lot of weight on when I gave up work, I gave up smoking at the same time so that didn't help either. I've picked up my cross stitch and am enjoying being in a folk music group with my son and a dear friend of ours.
